I was there too & also wasn't called up.
When I heard the name my 1st thought was to assume it was the Flames prospect because there can't be too many Michael Ferland's around. I'd forgotten he was involved in anything.
I googled it & the incident happened August 2012. A delay or 2 and it's only hitting court now.
