The entire city is basically on lock down.
City buses have stopped, schools and businesses have closed, and even Canada Post has ceased delivery for the day.

I grew up there, and have lots of friends and family in that exact area. It's cliche, but crazy to hear about something like this happening in a city like Moncton.

There hasn't been a community wide fear/concern like this since Allan Leger escaped and caused panic in the late 80's.
