It does nothing to Krustyland though. That stayed the same for me.
I ended up having to do that last night after pressing that meltdown button. Took 3 hours to finally put my town back together with about half of decoration and tree placement that I had prior to pressing it.

I think I'm gonna have to do this on the weekend, i will be able to set my town up way better having all my buildings in the inventory and having all the land available to do it right.
