I think Randy Myers was in there for one of the years in the later 90's. I think he had like 40 saves but he ERA was above 4.
edit Randy Myers was with the Jays in 98 getting 28 saves and posting an ERA of 4.46
I must have been thinking of Escobar who did save 38 games in 2002, but posted a 4.27 ERA. Koch had a couple of decent years, but he could be an adventure on the mound. One year he had 33 saves and a 9-3 record. Of course most of those wins were blown saves that year.
