I work out at Vita Fitness in Bridgeland because my wife is the owner and the format suits me. I've done the train on your own in a big warehouse full of equipment thing before and it wasn't for me; neither was crossfit even though that was closer to what I like.
I like doing olympic lifting, high intensity interval training, powerlifting, gymnastics strength training, spin, yoga... get it all in once place and with good trainers to plan for me and watch what I am doing. The people who come to class are friendly, real people and not overly competitive or part of the aesthetic crowd... just people being fit and having fun doing it.
