I think so. I think people should still ask for gluten free (not all the time ) but not use that as a reason. I also feel tho that more people need to make sure their not. My girlfriend ended up very sick in the Hospital about 5 years ago for a week and a few days. After the first couple of days the Doctor thought it was crohns Disease it turned out almost a week later they figured out i was Celeics . She was undiagnosed because she never really ate much products with gluten. Then I started using more gluten in her diet (around the time we started dating) and was designated the house cook. That's how she ended up becoming so sick.
I have a problem with the term "Fad" . Better health should never be a fad.
