My issue is not with Celiac's, it's with the pretenders. I've found almost 17-20% of people want gluten free diets, yet Celiacs are 1 in 200 of the population... that just doesn't add up. It's absolutely a fad. You're a chef, so you know we saw the same nonsense with saturated fat nazi's before that got debunked

On the Mustard thing, yeah some gourmet type mustards are going to be mixed with something that contains gluten, like beer, but a regular store bought yellow squeeze mustard isn't.
