Believe it or not, but you don't have to be a woman to be a feminist.

Like others have suggested there's nothing rapey about telling a girl with confidence that you want her number. That's how I met my current girlfriend of almost 2 years. After hanging out with her for 2 hours I said "hey I gotta go, but give me your number, I'd like to take you out sometime."

If you're confident: give her your number. If you're as stimulating as you believe you are, she will contact you.

"Boys being boys" is code for "we're being d-bags but we're men so we're clearly incapable of mastering our inner urges and being full grown adults!"

Until you've had someone much larger than you, who can easily physically overtake you if he chooses, approach you and demand your number, you really cannot begin to understand just how bothersome "sexually aggressive" can be.
Want an example of why "sexually aggressive" is so scary for women? Why women are so defensive of various aggressive cold approaches?
How about two examples from the last week alone:

Creepy guy hits on a bunch of teenagers, and then chases their car shooting at them when they reject his advances.

The very same day as the Isla Vista shootings, there was this shining example of Real Men, firing at women who refused to sleep with him and his buddies.
And for god's sake, before you pull the "all men aren't like that!" It doesn't matter. If you knew that 10% of a bowl of M&Ms were poisonous enough to kill you, you'd avoid the entire bowl. So can you really blame a woman for being wary of someone who aggressively approaches her?
