I think the Oilers go with Draisaitl because he's a better fit for them:
- Size
- Elite passing to compliment their forwards
- Can step into the lineup sooner than later
- Maybe he was just trying to say the right things, but he has indicated that he'd like to be an Oiler

While I do think 1 and 2 do inform who is the BPA, 3 and 4 do not and are secondary considerations at best. If we are nearly unanimous that Bennett is a better player since we're apparently immune to these considerations, we're being at least a bit hypocritical in suggesting the Oilers pass on him. And probably a lot hypocritical.
