The Oilers will need to give up their first round pick, maybe Yakupov plus a roster player like Eberle/Gagner or something to get Shea Weber. Is the Oilers willing to give them up? Another question is, does Nashville wants to get Yakupov and plus? Biggest question is : Does Shea Weber wants to be traded or wants to go To Edmonton? I don't think it will happen though.
