I'm not in to comment on gun control directly.

Only that I have trouble understanding the philosophy of gun rights in the United States and want to thank PIMking for helping me see the other side of the issue (I still don't fully get it).

I take pride in understanding viewpoints I don't necessarily agree with, and if I can understand how someone gets to their conclusion I try and be respectful of that. Having never grown up around guns, I find understanding gun advocacy difficult.

I may not agree, but that doesn't mean I never will, I'm always open to listening and having my mind changed.
