You'd be pretty hard pressed to find any Christian who would say JWs are Christians, most label them a cult.

And for the communion thing, some Catholics actually believe that the blood and wine become the substance of the actual blood and flesh of Jesus before consuming it. Google transubstantiation.
I guess because Jesus is alive and divine the restrictions of eating human flesh and drinking blood don't apply?
