There's a significant difference in play between you and the people that draw much of the ire. I don't think anyone who doesn't eat gluten in order to avoid genuinely ugly symptoms are even being discussed here. I don't think you have to worry about being lumped in with people that don't have any sort of disease, the whole point is that THEY shouldn't be lumping THEMSELVES in with people like yourself.
