I have a don't rock the boat mentality so when my company does lunches I end up not partaking. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to eat a gluten free cake and I sure don't like any special treatment. It kind of sucks missing out on that kind of thing but that's just the way it is. The only thing that bothers me is when people apologize for eating something I can't have.
