I just switched our main office over from a Nortel pbx to a new Avaya voip system. I feel your pain, for sure. Luckily we still have another office on the old system that doesn't need to be upgraded, so I've just put everything into storage to use as spare parts for there.
Not much help for you though, I'm afraid.
