I am sure the issues you guys face from stupid users is just as gear grinding but all of the hoops now to get simple things done in the ticket system is grating.

as the only IT guy where I work, it is increasingly gmg's more and more when I am getting a coffee or taking a piss and people decide to open a case with me then, it's like give me some peace during these times, ffs.
I don't have any ticket system either, but I wish people would email me, so I don't forget.
