We have no access to this "aggregate" list of all the teams lists therefore we cannot compare anything to it.
For all we know Jankowski was top 20 on several teams lists and probably wasn't in the first round on some others. Still pointless to say he was off the board, there is no board, and there is no aggregate list we have access to.
