In a nutshell though:
Glenmore will go overtop Ogden Road/ Shepard Road - both of which will be realigned. Glenmore will be in the centre of the right of way, instead of pushed up against the north like it is now. Heading Southbound, Ogden will no longer curve to the left and connect to Shepard Road, but rather curve to the right and connect straight into 24th Street. Shepard Road will connect into 24th Street.
Glenmore will get a new bridge over the CP mainline, the irrigation canal, the CN siding, and the future SE LRT right of Way.
30th Street will no longer have direct access onto Glenmore, but might connect to the existing Glenmore roadway, which may become service roads/ramps onto the Glenmore mainline.

Wow, that's going to have a huge impact on traffic in the SE while constructing it. Loss of 30th will hurt as well. Sounds like a 2-3 year project with all the new grades required?
