I agree what happens on the ice stays on the ice. But that really means, what happens during the game stays within the game. Once the game is over, it's over.

The handshake is outside the game. So it's not "on the ice" in the same context as the game is over.

It's all about respect. Series is over. Lucic doesn't understand that, he does to know what he's talking about.
