Wacky names are a popular topic in New Zealand (mostly because of the high rate of teen pregnancies). Now and since 1995, new parents have to register their baby's name and have it approved, and if it is rejected it goes on a list of banned names.
Here's an article explaining it. The best part is that a couple named their child "Talula Does the Hula From Hawaii" and were court ordered to change her name.
But here's the list of banned names, with how many times they've been rejected.
