I think at this point it's pretty proven that if you don't win a Stanley Cup within the coaches first 5 years running the team....you won't. Todd McLellan has had 6 years, with the first 3 being the seasons where the team was most successful.
Doug Wilson should stay, I think the Sharks are easily one of the best managed rosters in the NHL. My opinion is that he needs to make a coaching change of some kind. He should have got a jump on Pittsburgh, but who knows....maybe he's waiting to see what happens.
