That would make sense. I think they're going to use the Inhumans as a proxy for Mutants since Marvel Studios doesn't control the rights to the X-Men universe of characters. Current storylines in the comics point to an expanding role for the Inhumans in the greater Marvel universe so I would be unsurprised to that port over to the Cinematic Universe... especially with Guardians of the Galaxy being the next big release.
