I've built more condo/home builder sites than I'd like to admit, and generally they opt not to show prices as a way of driving foot traffic to the sales centres.
It's not a practice I agree with, but it also allows them some more flexibility with pricing as they can simply update the spreadsheet/prints out at that single location instead of having to worry about also managing content on the website.
Now the real kicker is I've had clients who didn't even want to list square footage on the website.
