While he could become a great player, I feel there is more bust potential with him as opposed to other players who produced at a similar clip but have yet to fill out, and don't have the speed issue. If Edmonton is set on taking him, then I have no qualms. Though still an idiotic move on their part if word around management is indeed that Draisaitl is a lock to be an Oiler.
Personally, I'm praying one of Bennett/Reinhart falls. I feel like strength down the middle/RW and high end offensive skill is the largest organizational need right now, seeing as how well our blue line has come along over the past year with the acquisition of Smid, and emergence of Gio as a top guy. Of course we'll still need a big piece there, but our depth is looking good with Wotherspoon, Kanzig and Sieloff.
