I think this season started slowly but the last three episodes have been great. It seems like the whole series could be split into the rise, the fall, and now the redemption of Don Draper. Although he's not fully there, you can see it building.
And I wonder if they're setting up something between Betty and Don? Both their marriages seem to be hitting the rocks simultaneously. Add to that, the kids starting to see their step-father as more of a villain and Sally with a renewed perspective on her father, it just seems like the logical thing for that to happen.
But with this show, the characters always seem to find a way to screw up a good thing when they have it. It's an ongoing theme.
