What do you think is so different about their styles?

Both are "balanced" players who score roughly the same amount of goals as assists.

Both love to dangle in the offensive end and score a lot of their points off the rush or by being "johnny on the spot" around the goal crease. They don;t chrage the net, they find the quiet spots.

Both more likely to win a puck battle with their stick then with their body.

Both love going to the backhand.

Makes more sense then the Patrick Kane comp to me as he is a guy that loves to go end to end with the puck and I haven't really seen Gaudreau do that at any level.
