Had a couple pairs when in elementary school in the 80's...a lot of kids did, even though the pocket was usually only big enough to hold a couple quarters, or maybe a house key depending on which style you had.
Didn't have a PC, but friends did....Lesuire Suit Larry was a hot game for it at the time:
