Though the text on my bracers says "Lightning skills deal 18% more damage", does that mean it wouldn't impact the + lightning damage on the dagger? If not that sucks.
EDIT: Oh and I tried for the attack speed on the Oculus, but got 50% crit damage so yeah.. couldn't pass that up. |

The lightning skills deal 18% more damage depends on the skills you're using. If you are using a lightning damage skill it doesn't matter what elemental damage is on your weapon.
It's a decent weapon if you increase it's actual damage though.
