IF Ekblad, Reinhart and Bennett went 1-2-3 and we were left with Draisaitl/Dal Colle, I would consider trading down to the 7-10 range.
But the 28th pick, to drop six spots, sounds a bit soft. If we could get a bit more than that, I would trade the chance to draft Draisaitl for the chance to draft Ritchie ++
