Because the Vipers are not more professional. They should be since they are a higher level of ball..but they are not.
More than that though - there was a way to work it out so both sides used the facility. The Vipers chose not to explore those possibilities and opted to instead kick out an organization that had a longer and more positive reputation in the city.
