i would agree that a quality sandwhich starts with rye bread. sometimes I find and onion bun a great change of pace.
As for meat (in no particular order) I enjoy pastrami, ham, salami, corned beef, proscuitto and garlic roast beef.......
i saw a place in Vegas called the Earl of Sandwhich in Vegas that I really wanted to go to; however, not only does my wife not like other women, she in not a fan of sandwhiches, so I went without on several fronts..........
