So is Canada just missing the funding? Does Norway have some top notch programming being made? Serious question, it's a lot harder to answer since I'm guessing very few of us speak Norwegian.
The BBC also runs commercial free. If we take our $33 per capita and add it to CBC add revenues, how far off the $97 are we?
