Blower motor control module is pooched. Blower motor likely had some dirt/debris in it that caused the motor to pull too much amperage and pooch the resister/control module. Replace that and the motor and you should be good to go. Hopefully the control module didn't cause a short somewhere lord god dyin up in the wiring harness. Also, hopefully this is accessible without dismantling the dash.
