Thanks guys. The weather has been OKAY so far this month but it gets very foggy when it rains. Need help ASAP and CP is the place to be.

The blower motor should have a relay. Which are cheap and easily replaced. Do you not have the manual for the car? It should clearly state fuse/relay locations and what each one is. No manual, Google should help you.
