Thank jebus my potential future son will inherit my mediocre athletic genes, so I'll probably never have to worry about AAA politics. But if I somehow produced an athletic kid interested in sports, I really think I'd try to steer them towards other sports than hockey, as long as we live in this country anyway. Not sure I could sit in the stands with some of those crazies every day, or subject my kid to that nonsense.

Sadly, it is not just AAA hockey. Last year my buddy was challenged to a fight at a novice game in Ponoka.
One thing I have noticed, is the more idiotic a parent acts, the likely it is that that individual played any level of high sport.
