This might be a little early to ask seeing as they have only moved a few people to Quarry Park but I wonder what the retention rate for employees will be as they move to the new building?
Personally, I wouldn't be too happy having my office moved out of the downtown core and I would probably jump ship to stay downtown for convenience. I don't live down south though and if I did it would probably be a much different story. I've driven through that area once about a year ago (before a lot of offices opened) during the afternoon rush and it was brutal and chaotic and I can only imagine how much worse it will get when thousands of employees with thousands of vehicles start working out of that area.
