Fair enough, the true must haves were either a factory Kuwahara, or a Diamond Back Silver Streak, or Pacer 500. They were kinda the Ferrari or Lambo of BMX bikes. The Raleigh was a much more affordable bike that most kids parents could afford and most kids had and that's why I posted that instead.
For the record, I was incredibly lucky to get a Diamond Back Pacer 500, and treated that bike like it was a $200k Ferrari. It was my most prized possession ever, and will never forget the day my dad bought it for me as a surprise. I get choked up every time I think of the circumstances.
This was the beast I rode.
