ok, I'm voting off of instinct here and it might muddy the waters.
I'm just having problems with Rathji in terms of pushing so hard for the use of the Vig power, when it could have been protected by a doctor for another time that it could be used. As it was the Vig power is gone, now I know that doesn't make him scum for sure. But to me, mafia wants that power off of the deck as soon as possible, its a huge threat to the mob later in the game.
