Basic mobility issues for a senior, mostly requires wheelchair and some slight confusion. Uses a cane, should use a walker, standing for long periods of time in lines isn't really possible. This is just based off of a preliminary conversation that I had today, so I am seeing what info I can gather to pass onto him in the near future. Helena Montana is where he said that it was scheduled for, he didn't have any specific dates but it is usually in September.
