I don't know what it is with Provoke and Flame Walker boots on saders, but for some reason the combination of the two (especially if provoke has electrical rune) does MASSIVE burst damage. Way way more than your DPS sheet shows. Should try it out. I was running on Lv 60 boots on my lv 67 and was doing crazy damage. My buddy facerolls T3 with that combo on his.
