Dan Tkaczuck wasn't a wasted 1st rounder. He had a lot of promise but got eliminated by a brutal concussion. Fata was fast and skilled but didn't end up working out. There wasn't anyone on the board
at that time that was an obvious better pick. Krahn i simply can't argue with. I don't like goalies in the 1st round. Hell I don't really like goalies in the 2nd round unless it is an obvious pick you have to make. Like if Demko slips to Colorado's 2nd.
