The other problem with an outbreak is that a lot of people who get infected with measles will be people who are vacinated.

If 10% of people succeptable get measles and 80% are vaccinated and 20% aren't and the vaccine is 80% effective then the resuling infection profile for Vacinated getting infected is .8*.2*.1 or 1.6% of people in general will be infected with measles and vaccinated. For the unvaccinated you would get .2*.1 or 2% of people.

So for Anti Vaxers the story will be half of the people infected got vaccinations and half didnt get vaccinations so vaccinations don't really work completely ignoring the population size of the two groups. I am will to bet we see these types of numbers floating around facebook in the next month.
