That is a pretty fickle industry where what is really random chance (the difference between 22 and 25 wins) changes the entire legacy of a coach.

Even a non watching hockey fan could have figured out that Darryl completely changed that team the second he got there and they're going to fire him after barely missing the playoffs? After going 7 games over.500? Yeah, that is nothing short of crazy.
