I would be inclined to agree, just didn't want to go down that road. As people would probably argue against it.

The reason is, there is a stigma about drunk driving. If you do it, you're a bad irresponsible person. Not saying the stigma isn't right, just saying it's looked at as a major sin.

There is no such stigma for texting and driving yet. Part of that is because it's so new. There really needs to be though. It's just as bad.
