Lacrosse (although to be fair I am not familiar with the level of fighting in lacorsse), but that sport is also played with weapons (which you can use on the player) and it has boards.
Aussie Rules (while I am not a fan) there is a physical aspect to the game, again there are not the same fighing issues.

Perhaps Rugby has changed but in the old days it was extremely brutal, eye gouging and biting were common as was fighting. Don't care about it, not a major sport anyway.
Lacrosse has 5 minute penalty for fighting and players are not ejected, interesting this sport has weapons too. You are making my point.
