The driver is suing for $1.35 million which is pretty stupid and ridiculous. In a different article it states that her court documents claim, "Her enjoyment of life has been and will be lessened." Hopefully $1.35M will bring some enjoyment back into her life. I don't see this lawsuit going anywhere.

Nope, they're suing for $900,000. Read the article I posted.
