I have a three seater brown leather couch for sale, it's in "Fair to Good Condition" no tares, just some minor wear on the leather. It is about 8 years old. I'm getting rid of it because it's not particularly comfortable in my old age. This couch had one support beam snap a couple years ago and was professionally repaired. The repair guy said as a preventative measure we should add a centre leg, although we never got around to that (we may or may not have used a stack of coasters for this purpose in the mean time).

$300 or make an offer "as is"
