Yeah that was my bad. I think it's probably best to just ignore spoilers or shall we say informed posting in that other thread.
Littlefinger supplied the poison via Dontos; Olenna did the poisoning. The show happened much as the books in this respect (although in the books the poison wasn't in a necklace but a jeweled hair net).
