I got burned on SimCity just like a lot of you, so I just didn't buy any more Sim City xpacs. Sure as hell doesn't mean I won't buy a sweet game like Titanfall.
At that point, I'd just be depriving myself on principle. Video games (and most entertainment) doesn't deserve to be ignored on principle. That's just silly.

To each their own I guess. I avoid EA at this point not necessarily because of the Sim City game itself. Sim City was more like a last straw in a string of problems than an isolated event (both within this game and their other IPs).
And really... I'm not depriving myself. If I really wanted to, I can play most of their games by buying used without giving them a cent lol. Getting too old to keep up with the latest and greatest these days anyway
