I'm not familiar with NHLe as a stat.
40/52 = 0.77PPG x 82 = 63 points over 82 games.
The stats arent really comparable because the two leagues arent really comparable.
I look at Wolf as a cheap/free asset. If he doesnt work out then nothing ventured, nothing gained. Its not like David Wolf is going to be the poor contract that put the Flames against the cap that cost them the cup.
Much ado about nothing. He either works out and we gain something for nothing but cash or he doesnt and he moves on.
